The NPX series high-efficiency rotary powder selector is an improved type of external circulation rotary powder selector developed by our technical personnel based on the rotary powder selector and the application of the plane vortex theory to the cyclone powder selector after years of research. Through practical use, it has been proven that the powder selection efficiency is over 85%, and the fineness adjustment is convenient, flexible, and the performance is reliable.
Structural characteristics and working principle
1. Performance characteristics:
(1) The use of a high scattering capacity material tray enhances the scattering and swirling capabilities, allowing the material particles to be fully dispersed and lifted, thereby improving the grading and dispersion performance of the material.
(2) Reasonably adjusted the positions of the powder selection area and the lifting area, improving the efficiency of powder selection.
(3) We have adopted a new type of high-efficiency and low resistance rotary fan to reduce airflow resistance and improve the collection capacity of micro powder.

2. Working principle
The grinding material is fed into the upper feeding port and falls onto the withdrawal tray integrated with the rotor. When the rotor rotates with the main shaft, the material on the scattering tray is thrown radially under the action of centrifugal force, and the dispersed particles are selected to meet the rotating upward airflow. In the powder selection chamber, the airflow near the grading ring and the material dispersed in the airflow are driven by the grading ring to rotate at high speed together with the grading ring, causing the material in the airflow to experience strong centrifugal force. The magnitude of this force can be adjusted by adjusting the speed of the main shaft. When the speed increases, the force also increases. If the processing air volume is kept constant at this time, the cutting particle size will decrease and the product will become finer. If the speed is low, the product will become thicker. The coarse particles in the material, with a large mass, are subject to the action of the feeding tray and grading ring. When they fall into the drip device, they are further selected by the rising flow and fall into the inner cone. They are discharged from the coarse powder tube, and the fine powder collected by the grading ring is collected by the cyclone tube and falls into the ash collection hopper. It is discharged through the fine powder tube, and the air after removing the fine powder is returned from the center of the cyclone tube to the energy-saving and shock-absorbing fan through the air duct to form a closed-loop airflow circulation.
